Hedgy Hello

Hi everyone. Long time no blog :) . I've been tired with my work schedule. Most nights it's zoinking out on the couch watching TV instead of coloring. Today is my first day off in a while so I finally had a chance to color.

This is a Penny Black Hedgy stamp. I'm not sure what is the name of the stamp. I love PB, have been a fan for a long time, and I do own alot of the stamps. Never had a chance to color them up for some reason. You can tell I'm a little out of it, cuz I forgot to add glitter to the bee's wings. :)

Friday Coloring Video- Stampavie Mice Kissing

Hi gang. I hope everyone is looking forward to the weekend. I know I am, I really need the break. I have an eye exam tomorrow for contact lenses, and then we are going to attend the annual "Pumpkin Fest" in town. It's going to be a good weekend!

Today I made a Stampavie card "Mice Kissing". I love this stamp, so darn cute. The paper I used is Cosmo Cricket "Togetherness". Sorry about the end credits, I didn't know it went by so fast. LOL. I need to look into it a bit and see how I can slow it down. I'm using a new software. And the video was recorded using my new iTouch. The photo was taken with the iTouch also, although the resolution not quite as good as my regular camera. Enjoy your weekend!

Updates and ramblings

Hi everyone. I'm going a little bit off topic today. It's a VERY BUSY week for me here. Not much creating because I'm working extra hours, my daughter is sick so I'm pretty tired this week. Another reason is THIS, my new toy. I owned the old version, and wasn't sure if the newer version is worth it. I finally bought it and I really like the upgrades (better graphics, voice recorder, faster processor, a camera, and camcorder!). And it was cheaper than my old iTouch.

I'm making a Die Cuts R Us video this Friday, so I want to try out my new camcorder off the iTouch instead of my normal camcorder. Tune in Friday to see.

Back on topic, my September blog candy winner hasn't contacted me, so I "might" have to draw a new winner on October 8. My Magnolia and LoTV orders came in the mail (yay). Sugar Nellies preorder will hopefully be sent to me by the end of the month. Lots of stamps to play with, but no time. hehe. ;)

Mirror Mirror

Hi everyone. I colored this LOTV stamp awhile back but never gotten a chance to make a card out of it til now. This one is "Mirror Mirror". LOTV stamps are so darn cute! DP is from A Crafty Little Place (SEI Moonrise).

I don't have a Copic color list for this image because I colored this one about a month ago.

Okay on the "Blove Love Hop"...the winner is:  38. Helen
Please email me ( paperinkcolor@gmail.com ) your addy so I can send your stamp set out to you.  Also, for my past winners, your packages will go out this week I promise. I've been wildly busy that I never made to the post office. Hang tight everyone, all the candy will be sent out this week! :)

Flower Girl

Tilda would make a very cute flowergirl. I colored her according to the color of my wedding, Heather/violet-blue. I colored her with Copics on X-Press It Blending paper, and shaded her with Prisma pencils. The background is done with chalk. I colored her last night while watching "American Pickers" on TV, so no video. ;)

Thanks for your honest answers yesterday. I saw those images and I knew I have to color it! Why? It's different, and will be challenging. And yes I think they will draw a niche audience, just like Magnolias, right? :D

Stamp: Tilda Flower Girl w/Petals
Paper: Cosmo Cricket Pixie-Licious
Flowers: Wild Orchid Crafts
Copic:
